Norms and rules of conduct at the festival

We comply with the laws in force in the Russian Federation.
While at the festival, respect other guests, organizers, their employees and other personnel, as well as other people working at the festival.
Do not violate generally accepted norms of behavior, keep the festival area clean.
It is prohibited to interfere with the rest of festival guests, create a threat to the safety, life and health of visitors, or insult guests of the event.
To avoid injuries and accidents, it is especially strictly forbidden to touch other people's motorcycles.
The use of any drugs, as well as being under the influence of drugs, is prohibited on the festival grounds.
The festival is organized for like-minded people, and we intend to have a great time with people who share our values ​​and interests. If your political, religious, cultural or other views contradict the spirit of friendship, kindness and fun, as well as the laws of the Russian Federation, we reserve the right to not allow you to attend the festival.



Children at the festival
We are glad to see you at our festival with children of all ages, but we emphasize that the presence of children is possible only when accompanied by their parents. Please also consider the following:
The festival assumes the presence of certain elements of the evening program in the 18+ category.
Do not leave children unattended, including in a tent.
Agree in advance with your child where you will meet if you get lost.
Write an information note for the child with the phone number and names of the parents.
Upon entry to the festival, your child will be given a children's bracelet.

Tickets and admission to the festival
Admission to the festival is free for:
Presidents and Vice-Presidents of MS clubs;
Girls driving their own motorcycle;
Children under 13 years of age inclusive must be accompanied by an adult (at the entrance they may be asked for a document confirming the child’s age).
Tickets purchased through promotions or received as a result of drawings cannot be returned or exchanged.

A ticket can be returned no later than 10 days before the start of the event, subject to the operator's service fee and 50% of the cost.

If a visitor refuses to attend the event less than 10 days before the festival, the ticket price will not be refunded.

In exceptional cases, when providing documents about illness and other special circumstances, tickets can be returned by agreement with the organizer after submitting a corresponding application on the website of your ticket operator no later than one day before the start of the event.

Damage to the ticket/bracelet (tearing, stretching) will invalidate its validity.

If you have an intact bracelet, you can leave the territory and return an unlimited number of times during the festival.

The entrance ticket entitles you to set up a tent in a designated area of ​​the tent camp.

Tents
Setting up tents in the parking area and in other places not intended for this purpose is strictly prohibited.

The festival organizers are not responsible for valuables left in the tent.

ATTENTION! Don't buy tickets by hand.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR BRACELETS UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT.

Parking

For your convenience, car parking will be organized outside the festival area (estate).

Motorcycle parking will be organized in a limited format on the estate

Parking for motorcycles on the territory of the tent camp and next to it is not limited

Entry and parking of a motorcycle on the festival grounds is permitted with a regular ticket.

ATTENTION: aimless driving of any vehicle on the territory of the festival or tent camp is prohibited!


Safety at the festival
Access to the Festival territory is through the Central Entrance.

The ticket, printed or electronic, must be presented at the Central Entrance for mandatory exchange for a bracelet.

The bracelet is issued and worn at the entrance group by the festival organizers to each guest personally.

The bracelet cannot be removed or transferred to third parties.

In case of loss, damage or transfer, a new bracelet will not be issued.

The organizers have the right to refuse a guest to stay on the festival grounds if they do not have a bracelet on their wrist. Organizers may withdraw a previously issued entrance bracelet if a visitor violates the norms and rules of conduct at the festival, demonstrates inappropriate behavior or aggression.

Prohibited items
Explosives and flammable substances, gas cartridges, any flammable and pyrotechnic products, fireworks, etc.
Weapons of any type, including bladed ones.
Poisonous, pungent-smelling, poisonous substances.
Other products, the use of which may lead to fire or smoke.
Narcotic, psychotropic and toxic substances.
Working tools (axes, hammers, saws, nails, etc.).
Advertising materials of any kind without agreement with the organizers.
Extremist content, including propaganda and offensive materials.
Quadcopters, drones, gliders, radio-controlled airplanes and helicopters, etc. without agreement with the organizers.
To ensure safety, we ask you to inform the organizers of any cases of crime, detection of suspicious things and objects, as well as small children left unattended.

Fires and gas burners

Making fires on the festival and camp grounds is prohibited.

An open flame poses a threat not only to your and other people's property (tents, motorcycles, cars), but also to the lives of a large number of people around you. Violators will be immediately removed from the festival grounds without compensation for the cost of the ticket.

On the territory of the tent camp, the use of barbecues, burners and other special equipment is allowed, subject to compliance with fire safety standards.

Animal Passage
Pets are allowed at the festival, subject to compliance with hygiene standards and laws of the Russian Federation.

Medical assistance
The festival will have a first aid station and an ambulance on duty.

ATTENTION: Attending the festival is a risk that the visitor assumes in accordance with the rules for visiting cultural events.
Prohibitions and restrictions are in place to ensure the safety of guests and a comfortable stay at the festival.
